Accent walls are a great way to liven up an interior space,” says HPM Building Supply home design consultant Kapua Aguiar. Whether it’s a bold color commanding focus of the room, or a subtle hue that complements other design elements in the space, Aguiar recommends homeowners consider changing or mixing paint sheens to achieve the desired effect.
