Nick Tang built Ko‘olau Builders on a strong foundation of integrity, honesty and quality. “With our growth, we have not wavered from this foundation,” he says. “Still today, we instill that in all that we do.” Tang and his team specialize in large-scale custom homes; he stresses that they always put the customer first and are never too proud to listen to what a homeowner truly wants or needs.

“We make sure that we are paying attention to not only current trends and what is ahead of us, but we also rely heavily and trust in our past success and what are proven means and methods of the business and industry,” Tang says.
