Celebrate contemporary design and an inaugural holiday sale at HomeWorld’s new lifestyle brand, apt.
The countdown to Thanksgiving has officially begun, and for many, the start of holiday shopping season as well. At apt. by HomeWorld, a special extended Black Friday sale running now through Dec. 12 marks the first time this newly established lifestyle brand has offered storewide discounts on home furniture in refined, modern designs.
HomeWorld, whose parent company is the local, family-owned C.S. Wo & Sons, developed apt. as an answer to the growing needs of urban Honolulu residents.
“With the condo development growth in Honolulu, we wanted to provide a shopping experience customized for urban Honolulu dwellers where they could find home furniture perfect for their condo or urban living space,” notes division manager Taryn Kabei.
Apt. opened on 455 Ward Ave. in May with a 20,000-square-foot showroom dedicated to sleek, contemporary furnishings curated for small living spaces.
“Each piece of home furniture at apt. has been hand-selected with Honolulu condo floor plans in mind,” shares Kabei. “Our team also offers complementary design consultations and furniture packages specially curated for new condo developments in urban Honolulu.”
Featuring elegant pieces by Four Hands, Natuzzi Editions, Urban Chic and more, apt. provides Hawaii residents with elevated designs thoughtfully tailored to the modern Island lifestyle. Kabei says she especially likes the luxurious Prairie bed frame, a plush Palliser design that is exclusive to apt.
“I love the clean lines of the bed’s silhouette and its neutral color,” she states. “It’s perfect for creating a lux, minimalistic aesthetic or for creating a soothing neutral environment. You can even style it up for a modern Island vibe.”
To celebrate its six-month anniversary, apt. starts the holiday season with discounts of up to 40% on all available home furniture items, both in-store and online. It is the company’s largest sale thus far, and even includes special orders on custom pieces. “We haven’t done a sale this big before, which is pretty exciting for us — and we hope for customers too!” says Kabei.
