Look around the space you’re in. How does it look and function, and how does it make you feel? The design of our homes impacts our daily lives, and the American Society of Interior Designers – Hawaii Chapter is holding a free event to help everyone understand the importance of working with a professional interior designer.

Design Impacts Lives will provide the public with the opportunity to meet and connect with Hawaii-based interior designers through panel discussions, speed networking and, for a small fee, an individual consultation — so bring your questions, ideas and photos of your space to make the most of this opportunity.

Tiare Pinto, ASID Hawaii Chapter president, hopes the event will help demystify the idea of working with an interior designer. “It often will not cost you any more in the long run,” she explains. “It’s not necessarily that you have to work with a big budget to work with a designer – it’s finding the person that can find a solution for your project.”
