Q: What if I can’t commit to an entire renovation at one time?
A: Comprehensive renovations can be accomplished in stages, and you should never feel pressured to do everything at once. Design and construction can be flexible if planned that way from the start.
Q: Have there been any significant changes to home design over the last few years?
A: More of our clients are interested in multifunctional spaces that can adapt to various family needs, as well as offer more privacy. One person may need to work while another wants to read or watch TV, all of which are possible today with a smart, thoughtful design. Home office/guest rooms and privacy nooks are also value-added trends we see more often.
